Our office participates with most health insurance plans including, but not limited to,  Medicare, Highmark Blue Shield, Capital Blue Cross, Keystone Health Plans, First Priority, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Valley Preferred, Choice Plus, Independence Blue Cross, Amerihealth Inc., Amerihealth Administrators, Tricare, Amerihealth Mercy Health Plan, Gateway Health Plan.

Insurance plans may be difficult to understand, and our staff will make every effort to assist you. 

Managed Care Plans

Our physicians accept many HMO and managed care plans.  Referrals required for these insurances are the responsibility of the patient and must be presented at your appointment.  Please contact your primary care physician prior to your visit to our office.  Failure to have a valid referral will result in the need to reschedule your appointment.

Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.  This office is extending the courtesy of submitting your Insurance claims to your Insurance company.  Responsibility, however, remains with the patient in case of non payment or partial payment by the Insurance company. 

 We do accept the following forms of payment:  CASH, CHECKS, MASTERCARD, VISA, and DISCOVER.
